PROJECT INFO

We work with organisations in property consultancy, we offer branding, photo/ videography & creative marketing solutions.

200 Gray’s Inn Road is a landmark building, ideally positioned between the City and West End, comprising just under 300,000 sq ft of high quality office space and TV studio accommodation arranged over 10 floors.

building was originally designed by world renowned architects Foster and Partners. In 2019 Conran and Partners renovated the ground floor lobby to create a shared space encouraging collaborative and shared workspace.

BRANDING

Seeing 200 Gray's Inn Road feels like you are looking at a skyscraper which was hoisted straight out of NYC.

200 Gray’s Inn Road is well known as a prominent tall building in the Holborn area. It is known for it’s amazing architecture and it’s leading occupiers like Warner Bros, NBC, and ITV. The building itself feels like a skyscraper which was hoisted straight out of NYC and placed right there in the Victorian area of Holborn.

We wanted to create a brand which reflects the majesty of this building, we wanted to create that Big Apple (NYC) feeling. We wanted it to stand out. But most of all we wanted to make this office appealing for the target audience like tech, design, media and web companies.

We chose to go bold in both the colour and the font. We chose to use the typical NYC look and feel (think about the yellow and black cabs) to complete the experience of this modern skyscraper in an area of bricks and history.

PHOTOGRAPHY

200 Gray's Inn is a photographer's playground.

In addition to the branding, Melrose also provided photography for 200 Gray’s Inn Road. The Building is a tall skyscraper in the center of London. There is an huge open space in the middle of the building with enormous heights all the way up to the ceiling. The offices all look out on this open space. Overall this building is a photographers playground with it’s fantastic architecture and design. The photos that we took, have been taken with much care and all in such a way that it benefits the building. The photography has been used on many online channels, in the brochure and website of all involved.
