40 Great Eastern Street is located on a prominent corner position with Curtain Road, only moments from both Old Street Roundabout and Shoreditch High Street. The office has undergone an extensive refurbishment and provides 1,259 – 3,939 sq ft of media style office space in the heart of the Shoreditch.

40 Great Eastern Street is based in a former Warehouse building, in the well known and bustling urban area of Shoreditch. Melrose Studio created a classy, yet creative look that fits right into this area and reflects the story of this particular building. The number 40 is designed in a way to represent the complex wooden structure of the roof of the top floor. Besides of the amazing refurbishment by AP&W, We consider this structure the absolute crown jewel of the office building.

We introduced a black and white colour scheme with a touch of gold. Gold is strongly associated with wealth, success, and knowledge. It’s a confident color that attracts confident brands. A gold logo is all about prestige and adds to the status.

In addition to the branding, Melrose also provided photography for 40 Great Eastern Street. The offices are amazing spaces with high wooden ceilings, exposed brickwork walls and fantastic interior design elements. The photos that we took, have been taken with much care and all in such a way that it benefits the space. The photography has been used on many online channels, in the brochure and website of all involved.
