The Yard is a self contained, fully fitted office in the heart of London. The Yard is located on East Road, which is in close proximity to Old Street roundabout just a 5 minute walk to the south. This area has become a hub for media and tech occupiers. There are numerous bars, restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate vicinity. The area (Hoxton and Shoreditch) is well known for the trendy and arty scene and culture.

Studio Melrose used the area of Shoreditch and Hoxton as an inspiration for The Yard’s branding. The bold lettering combined with the shades reminds us of all the street art and graffiti in the area. It also reflects the trendy and creative appearance of Shoreditch and Hoxton. This area has become a hub for media and tech occupiers, and is well known for its creative scene. The combination of bold lettering, shading and the bright red colour blends in quite well, and will attract the right kind of occupier in this area.

In addition to the branding, Melrose also provided photography for The Yard. The Yard is a brilliant open space with high ceilings, exposed brickwork walls and fantastic interior design. The photos that we took, have been taken with much care and all in such a way that it benefits the space. The photography has been used on many online channels, in the brochure and website of all involved.
